Welcome to the FlyTag official music store (hereinafter 'the Platform'). Operated by SAM WIN INC., please read these Terms of Service carefully before registering an account or utilizing our services.

By completing account registration, purchasing goods, or using any features on this Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to abide by all provisions of these Terms. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have your legal guardian read, understand, and agree to these Terms before registering or using our services.

Members must provide true, accurate, and current personal information upon registration; should any details change, please update them promptly in the Member Center to safeguard your rights.
Member accounts and passwords are for personal use only and may not be lent, transferred, or shared with third parties. If you detect unauthorized access or suspicious activity, notify customer support immediately.
🎼 3. Propriedade intelectual & Licenças digitais
- Strictly prohibited: capturing, reverse-engineering, decompiling, cracking, or distributing audio streams and encrypted files from this Platform.
- Strictly prohibited: using purchased digital music for public broadcast, transmission, commercial rental, or sublicensing for profit.
- Upon verification of malicious tampering or cracking, the Company reserves the right to terminate account services immediately and pursue civil and criminal liabilities.
💳 4. Celebração do contrato & Devoluções
- Order Confirmation Process:Once a customer selects products and completes payment authorization, the system will dispatch an order confirmation email, whereupon the purchase contract is formed.
- Cross-Border Currency Rates:Our store supports multi-currency checkout; displayed amounts include real-time rate conversion. Any cross-border transaction fees levied by issuing banks are subject to bank terms.
- Return & Refund Policy:Physical goods enjoy a 7-day cooling-off period (must remain brand new and sealed); digital content is delivered instantly and exempt from cooling-off periods. For details, please refer to Returns & Refunds Policy Guide。
⚖️ 5. Lei aplicável & Jurisdição
The interpretation, application, and matters not covered in these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any disputes arising from this contract shall be submitted to the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
